26-07-2026 (pending) - Bijlagen: herbruikbare bijlagen die je aan meerdere plots koppelt

New Bijlagen section in the plotboek settings: author a reusable attachment (e.g. a Brazen Bull price list or a statblock) once with a rich-text editor, instead of pasting the same information into every encounter.
Link a bijlage to any number of encounters via a new Bijlagen section on the pagina. Each linked encounter then gets a cross-reference in the Word (DOCX) export — "Voor Brazen Bull prijslijst zie bijlage 1 op pagina 12" — with the page number filled in automatically.
Every bijlage is rendered once at the back of the plotboek as a numbered appendix (Bijlage 1, Bijlage 2, …). The existing Evergreen encounters and Random namen appendices renumber automatically so the numbering stays consistent, and a duplicated encounter keeps its linked bijlagen.

New 🌙 Flexibel nacht plot planning option on a pagina (next to Speler Gedreven and Flexibel), for a flexible plot that belongs in an evening/night slot.
A flexible night plot shows a 🌙 moon icon in the encounter overview and in the Word (DOCX) export.
A warning appears when a flexible night plot is not scheduled in a slot at 20:00 or later (the 19:30 Introquest slot does not count). It updates live as you change the slot.

17-07-2026 (pending) - Shorter "nog niet volledig klaar" message

When a plotboek has more than 5 paginas that aren't ready yet, the "kan nog niet volledig klaar" message now shows just the number of unfinished paginas instead of the full list, to save screen space. With 5 or fewer it still lists them by name.

17-07-2026 (pending) - Filter the encounter list by SL, domain & soort

A new filter icon () in the pagina-list header opens filters for SL, domein and soort encounter. A dot on the icon shows when a filter is active, even while the panel is closed.
The SL filter also finds encounters where the chosen SL has a secondary (bijrol) responsibility, not just the main SL; the soort filter also matches "mogelijk" (minor) types.
Day and time headers with no matching encounters collapse while filtering, and your filter choice is remembered.

Linking two paginas into a plotlijn could previously reset the other pagina's content (elevator pitch, plot summary, NPCs, props & loot, …). Linking now changes only the plotlijn association and leaves all other fields untouched.

11-07-2026 (pending) - Duplicate plots, SL overview & "geen NPC's nodig"

New "Geen NPC's nodig" checkbox on a pagina to mark an encounter that needs no NPCs. It counts as complete NPC info (so the plot can be set volledig klaar) and shows as 0 in the lists and NPC totals.
The responsible SL is now shown per encounter in the left overview as a compact name badge. A new "Weergave" dropdown in the list header lets you show/hide and drag to reorder the row parts (SL-naam, iconen, NPC-aantal) when the list gets busy (your choice is remembered).
New SL-overzicht button under the plotboek actions lists all encounters a chosen SL is responsible for, grouped by day and time — defaulting to your own, with a switch to also show plots where they have a secondary (bijrol) responsibility.
You can now duplicate a pagina from the pagina actions menu. The copy appears next to the original with "(kopie)" in the title; drag it to another day or time to reuse the same plot with small differences.

09-07-2026 (pending) - Log in with Vortex (ERU) & ERU-driven roles

You can now log in with Vortex (the shared ERU account) next to the existing Google and Microsoft logins. Logging in with an e-mail that already has an account links to it automatically, so you keep your data.
Your Plotboek role now follows your Vortex (ERU) permissions automatically on each login: plot-admins become Admin, spelleiders/game masters get edit access (User), and NPCs get read access (NPC). Change a permission in ERU and it applies on your next login.
Admins can still set a manual role override per user on the admin page, and clear it again to hand the user back to their ERU-driven role.

08-07-2026 (pending) - Restore a pagina to an earlier version

The pagina change history ("Wijzigingen") now has a Herstel button per entry that loads the pagina's values as they were at that point.
The restored values are shown as a preview with a banner; nothing is saved until you press Opslaan, so you can review or adjust them first.
Restoring only affects the pagina content; position, deletion status and the plotboek it belongs to are left unchanged.
